Our Story

Founded as a partnership between Kelly & Lisa Lang, they combine their strengths to create unforgettable culinary experiences. Kelly, the brand’s visionary, holds both Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University. Her extensive experience, including roles at Walt Disney World and Wolfgang Puck Productions, has given her a deep understanding of flavor, presentation, and customer service.

Lisa brings years of experience from working at their family service station, Lang’s Amoco, instilling a strong focus on integrity and service. She plays a key role as sous chef while also overseeing business, marketing, and event setup.

Together, their partnership ensures flawless execution of every event, blending creativity with organization. K.
